Candidate can prepare the Closing Disclosure, order the search, clear title, order payoff, survey, HOA Estoppels, close at the table and handle funding, wires and requesting final Policy. The candidate has been involved in Business development and considers themself to be excellent candidate with clients and all business partners. Candidate is professional, polished and well-spoken in English and Spanish.
