Being a part of FLTA isn’t just a professional affiliation — it’s a community.
Being a part of FLTA isn’t just a professional affiliation — it’s a community, a family and a shared commitment to protecting the integrity of real estate transactions across our great state.
As Membership Committee Chair, I have the privilege of welcoming new members into a network that uplifts, educates, and empowers. The FLTA offers more than resources and continuing education — though those are exceptional. It provides a space where title professionals of every level of experience can connect, collaborate and grow together. It serves as a foundation for lifelong friendships, trusted partnerships, and a sense of shared purpose.
But most importantly, I’ve seen how it brings people together — across cities, companies, and career stages — united by a passion for excellence and service. A perfect example of this was during our 2022 convention, just after Hurricane Ian devasted the area. Quickly, FLTA made the decision to continue hold the convention in hopes to give the community some economic support. It also quickly arranged a food drive during the convention where members packaged almost 52,000 meals with Meals of Hope to feed the community. The feeling in the room was electric all day long with hairnets, rubber gloves and smiles worn by all. Our hearts were filled as we assembled the boxes of meals. The value you’ll find here isn’t just professional — it’s personal.
